Developing the Next Generation of Ministry Leaders

A collaborative effort between Central Alliance Church, Toccoa Falls College, and the Alliance South to equip well-educated and spiritually mature leaders for Christ and His Church.

Introduction / Why the Barnabas Center?

Our vision is to develop well-educated, spiritually mature ministry leaders who are ready to serve Christ and His Church with excellence.

How the Barnabas Center Develops Leaders

1. High-Quality Internships We provide hands-on, paid internship experiences that fully meet Toccoa Falls College requirements while giving students real ministry responsibility in a local church.

  • Simpson Fellowship – For students called to the Christian and Missionary Alliance (stipend + tuition assistance).
  • Graham Fellowship – For students called to broader evangelical ministry (stipend + tuition assistance).

2. Mentoring Relationships We intentionally pair students with mature, experienced ministers and church leaders for personal spiritual growth, accountability, and practical ministry training in the context of a vibrant local church family.
